Community Contemplation Days  are half-day retreats for those who’ve done The Mindful Living Workshop(or equivalent), and would like to deepen their understanding of the full scope of mindfulness practice.  Discussions of readings takes place.

Compassionate Care Days are for participants who have done the Compassionate Living, or Compassionate Living Graduate Workshops, and wish to strengthen their practices.

Mindful Living Community 10-1:30 Tuesdays, monthly - click here for more information

The Mindful Living Community is a program for participants who have completed The Mindful Living Graduate Workshop, and wish to deepen their meditation practices. It provides participants with an opportunity to practice and study mindfulness at a more in-depth level.

Compassionate Living Community: 10 - 1:30, Wednesdays, monthly - click here for more information

The Compassionate Living Community helps participants struggling with Depression, Anxiety or Emotional Distress to deepen learning first begun in the Compassionate Living and Compassionate Living Graduate Workshops. We review core meditations, try on exercises from The Mindful Self Compassion Workbook that weren’t covered in the previous workshops, and delve deeper into more challenging topics such as anger, shame, and forgiveness of ourselves and others. This workshop uses materials sent by email, and The Mindful Self Compassion Workbook.

This is a weekly, on-going group, with flexible participation, for people who have done The Mindful Mood or Mindful Living Workshops.


Dates we DO NOT meet are: Dec 23, 30 2024, March 3, 10, 17, May 12, 19, June 30, July 14, 21, 28, August 4, 11, 18, September 1, October 13, December 29, 2025.

DreamPath Workshop: Spring-Fall 2025 with a summer break, likely Wednesdays, bi-weekly, 10:00AM-1:30PM, final dates TBD - click here for more information

 

This workshop combines mindfulness meditation and Gestalt Therapy to create a path of deep intention for your life; it is useful for people going through transitions (eg. birth, separation, career change).
