The Community Contemplation Day is a one-day workshop conducted as a retreat for those who’ve done The Mindful Living Workshop(or equivalent), and would like to deepen their understanding of the full scope of mindfulness practice.

This is a one-day workshop conducted in a “retreat” style for people who have done Mindful Living Workshop or equivalent.

This is half-day retreat for participants who have done the Compassionate Living, or Compassionate Living Graduate Workshops, and wish to strengthen their practices.

The Mindful Living Community is a program for participants who have completed The Mindful Living Graduate Workshop, and wish to deepen their meditation practices. It will provide participants with an opportunity to practice and study mindfulness at a more in-depth level.

The Compassionate Living Community will help participants struggling with Depression, Anxiety or Emotional Distress to deepen learning first begun in the Compassionate Living and Compassionate Living Graduate Workshops. We will review core meditations, try on exercises from The Mindful Self Compassion Workbook that weren’t covered in the previous workshops, and delve deeper into more challenging topics such as anger, shame, and forgiveness of ourselves and others. This workshop will use materials sent by email, and The Mindful Self Compassion Workbook.

This is a weekly, on-going group, with flexible participation, for people who have done The Mindful Mood or Mindful Living Workshops.

This workshop combines mindfulness meditation and Gestalt Therapy to help you create a path of deep intention for your life; it is useful for people going through transitions (eg. birth, separation, career change).
