Mindful Living Community
The Mindful Living Community is a program for participants who have completed The Mindful Living Graduate Workshop, and wish to deepen their meditation practices. It will provide participants with an opportunity to practice and study mindfulness at a more in-depth level. Monthly meetings will include practice, discussion, exercises to deepen understanding, and suggestions for practice during the intervening weeks. Heart practices such as Loving-kindness and Compassion may be included as needed. Applicants must be willing and able to engage in a daily formal mindfulness practice of 30-40 minutes duration.

The Process
All participants are invited to this workshop based upon prior meetings with me. This workshop is not a substitute for individual therapy. All participants must have an individual therapist.
All sessions paid by OHIP *except handouts, cost of handouts: TBA and maybe sent by email
At the end of each session, attendance will be taken for the next session. Once this commitment is made it is binding and participants will be billed if they cancel with less than one week of notification.
*Regardless of the reason, if you are late, leave early or cancel with less than one week's notice, you pay directly out of pocket according to the following fee schedule:
Missed session: $101.00
Late fee (or leaving early) approx. $14 per 1/2 hour.
